Gelsey Kirkland Arts Center is located in DUMBO, Brooklyn – we have four performance spaces and one theater space. Their measurements are as follows:

Theater/Studio: 45′ x 50′ (1,983sq ft)
300+ seat theater boasts sprung floors, a rep plot and a stage that is 38’w x 45’d.
Available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Studio 1: 37′ x 50′ (2,210sq ft)
Studio 2: 33′ x 48′ (1,865sq ft)
Studio 3: 38′ x 52′ (2,053sq ft)
Studio 4: 32′ x 52′ (2,053sq ft)

This is the location for the lighting and sound consoles, as well as a stage management position.
Currently the front of the booth is open to the audience.
